Our Classes

Our small group classes are designed to cater to all fitness and experience levels – from the ultimate beginner to seasoned veterans we encourage everyone to meet their full potential. We offer a range of Pilates and Yoga classes to enhance the body through improved fitness, increased strength, and muscular toning. We strengthen the mind through increased self-confidence, self-acceptance, reduced stress and increased mental clarity.

  • Utilising the Pilates Reformer machine, this class focuses on deep muscle activation and control using resistance and body weight exercises. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, this class with strengthen, tone and tighten the body one class at a time.

  • Learn the fundamentals of Pilates and how to engage your deep core and stabilising muscles in our Mat Work Pilates classes. These classes are the building blocks for your practice as they focus on correct alignment, technique and control while loading and lengthening the muscles of the body.

  • The perfect mind-body class. Stretch, tone and lengthen the muscles as a way to tap into the physical and spiritual body. Each instructor will guide you through traditional teachings with modifications provided for all fitness levels. These classes are the perfect way to enhance your current fitness program.

  • Barre class combines elements of dance, pilates and yoga, all done to the beat of music. This is a workout that will strengthen and tone the entire body! Barre is a low-impact, but incredibly effective way to exercise. Suitable for any fitness level, no dance experience required!

  • Working to timed intervals, the strategic combination of exercises provides for an extremely effective cardiovascular workout whilst we strengthen and condition the entire body. Low impact, but high intensity, this class will have you sweating and blasting calories all in 45 minutes.

  • High energy interval training using the reformer. This high intensity, low impact class uses a strategic combination of exercises to take the heart rate up and down through intervals as we strengthen the entire body. This is an intermediate to advanced class, not for the faint of heart.

  • For 65 years and over. In this class we will be using specialised exercises on the Reformer Pilates Machine to build strength of limbs and and the core. This class will be working toward regaining flexibility and improving balance. Reformer Pilates is an easy and fun way to burn calories. It is a good workout and can lift your spirits and leave you feeling better about your day. Our low impact exercises will help you regain a quality of movement in life.
